What about copyright?

My views on copyright would take a while to discuss, so I’ll just say this: I do use images and videos freely available on the internet, often without knowing who has uploaded the material. In some cases I have scanned images myself. I do also intend to post extracts of texts and entire poems, for which I may not have permission. However, I always credit the authors where I can and don’t claim to have produced any of this material myself. I also don’t plan to make money from the use of these materials — as you can see, there are no ads on this site.

The purpose of my mood board is simply to catalogue and share work that excites me in my own writing. Nevertheless, if you are own the work I post here and are upset with my use of it, feel free to email me [at aditimachado(at)yahoo(dot)co(dot)in] so that we can sort the issue out. In most cases, I’m willing to delete the offending post or its relevant part.
